Is this a printed book sent to my house?

No. It is a digital file you download, so nothing is posted to you and there is no delivery cost or wait. You can print it at home or at any print shop.

I am not very good with computers. Will I manage?

Yes. After you pay, one email arrives with the file attached. You open it the same way you open any attachment, and the first page tells you what to do next in plain language.

Can I type into it, or do I have to print it?
