Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy Trip Ready. They are written in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us before you buy and we will explain it.

What you are buying

Trip Ready is a 52-page travel planner delivered as a single PDF file. It is a digital product. Nothing is posted to you, and there is no physical book.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the sales page before you pay. Payment is handled by Hotmart, which acts as the seller of record and processes the transaction. We never see or store your card details.

The price may be shown in your local currency. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion or foreign transaction fee, which is outside our control.

Delivery

The file is sent to the email address you enter at checkout, normally within a few minutes of payment. It arrives as an attachment and as a download link.

If it has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder first, then email us and we will send it again.

Refunds

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to ask for a full refund. Send one email. There is no form, and we will not ask you to explain why.

Refunds are processed by Hotmart and returned to the payment method you used. It usually takes a few working days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

You may keep the file after a refund. We are not going to chase you for it.

What you can and cannot do with the file

You can print it as many times as you like, for yourself and your household.
You can use it for every trip you take, for as long as you like.
You cannot resell it, share it publicly, upload it to a file-sharing site, or include it in a product of your own.
You cannot remove the branding and present it as your own work.

What this product is not

Trip Ready is a planning tool. It does not book flights, accommodation, insurance or transport, and it does not check anything on your behalf.

Nothing in the planner is travel, legal, medical or financial advice. Entry rules, visa requirements and health recommendations change, and they differ by nationality and destination. Always check the current rules with the relevant embassy, airline or official government source before you travel. You remain responsible for your own documents and arrangements.

Changes to the planner

We may update the planner over time. If we do, the version you bought remains yours, and we are not obliged to send you later versions, though we usually will.

Because Hotmart processes the sale, its own buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Where its terms give you more protection than this page does, its terms win.
